By accessing or using prudey ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and anyone else who accesses prudey.

2. The Platform

prudey is a digital marketplace that allows sellers to list and sell digital products, and buyers to purchase and download those products. prudey acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for the content, quality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on prudey, you agree to:

• Only sell digital products you own or have the legal right to distribute.
• Provide accurate descriptions and previews of your products.
• Not sell illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Accept that prudey deducts a platform commission from each sale.
• Be responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on prudey, you agree to:

• Use purchased products for personal or business use only, unless stated otherwise.
• Not redistribute, resell, or share paid products without the seller's permission.
• Understand that all sales are final — digital products cannot be refunded after download.

5. Payments & Commission

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. prudey charges a platform commission on each successful sale. The remaining balance is credited to the seller's prudey wallet. Sellers may request withdrawals at any time, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawal processing takes 1–2 business days.

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on prudey:

• Pirated software, movies, music, or any copyrighted material you don't own.
• Adult or explicit content of any kind.
• Malware, viruses, or any harmful software.
• Content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination.
• Scam products or misleading materials.

7. Account Termination

prudey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice. In cases of fraud or abuse, wallet balances may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

prudey is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, payment failures, or third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of prudey after any changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
